The hotel is situated in a central area with easy access to nearby amenities. the rooms are clean, equipped with modern facilities like fridge, kettle, and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful with any queries you might have. Breakfast is served every morning, providing you with the energy you need for the day ahead.
There is some noise disturbance in the rooms due to the thin walls that allow neighbouring guests' sounds to be heard.

During my recent stay in Erbil, I found some pleasant aspects of the hotel. the staff was very hospitable and always available to help. the hotel had an excellent location with easy access to the city center. the room facilities, such as a fridge and kettle, were useful.
Some negative aspects marred my experience. the breakfast was poor, and there were complaints from other guests about the lack of food.

The hotel was located in a central area, which made it easy to walk around. The room itself had good facilities like a fridge and kettle, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and willing to help at all times.
The noise levels from the neighbouring rooms were quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The music from the reception was also quite loud and could be heard in the room.
